Margo,
Saying thank you for all of your hard work and the hard work of your team doesn't seem to justify all that was accomplished.  However, with the limits of the English language, thank you from the deepest part of my heart for restoring peace in my life. 

I had found Margo Christophilis through her website www.SeattleMargo.com where she kept blogging about Short Sales and how she specializes in helping people that are upside down or in distress.  Well, the distress part is most accurate, while many homes in my area are declining, I was also going through a bankruptcy and a divorce all at the same time.

To whom it may concern, I am pleased to be able to write this letter of recommendation for Margo Cristophilis.
We have just recently closed a tremendously long and complicated short sale process where we were the buyers of the property involved in the transaction and Margo was the agent for the seller.

My name is Natalie Anderson. My fiancé Tony and I just purchased our first home. We used Margo Christophilis as our realtor, and she was a great choice. Any time we got stuck in our short sale, she was there to support us and fix the problem.

Margo helped my family land our dream house in Richmond Beach. From the initial meeting, to keeping us constantly informed, to holding our hands in person at closing -- Margo did it all.
